1. Collection of Personal Data

We may collect Personal Data from you in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when you:

• Provide Personal Data through our Application for the purpose of registering for and opening an account.
• Download or access the App.
• Consent to the Application to access your location.
• Participate in promotions or other features in the App.

2. Purpose of Collection, Use, Disclosure and Processing of Personal Data

The Company may collect, use, disclose and/or process Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes:

• organize, facilitate, process and/or handle any problems related to your use or access to the Application. Without limiting the foregoing, if you:

  • (ii) use any features of the Social Network Application such as widgets, plug-ins and browser push notifications, which are available to you in your Application, which may result in your information or Personal Data being collected or shared between us and a third party. For example, if you use the "Like" feature on Facebook, Facebook may register the fact that you "like" a product and may enter that information into Facebook. ("Social Network Application") means an online or digital platform owned or operated by a third party, which is used by many people to build social networks or social relationships, or to interact, with other people, such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. By doing these things in
  • (i) or (ii) above, you consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data.
• monitor, process and/or track your use of the Application with the aim of providing you with a seamless experience, facilitating or organizing your use of the Application, and/or assisting us in improving your experience in using the Application.
• assess and process your requests for the purchase and/or subscription requests of our products.
• register you as a customer of the Company and/or to handle, process and/or manage the account you open with us, including to facilitate your transactions or activities within the Application, or your transactions or activities with us.
• Organize, facilitate, process and/or handle your relationship with us, any transactions or activities carried out by you within our Application. This includes processing your applications, orders and payment transactions. Carry out transactions and distribute the products you have requested. Without limiting the applicability of the foregoing, if you make a purchase to be sent to a third party, you consent to us disclosing your personally identifiable Personal Data to such third party (such as but not limited to your name). Further, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery of your purchase may involve the disclosure of certain Personal Data about you in order to carry out such delivery such as your name and contact details, which may be disclosed on the package wrapper.
• carry out your instructions or answer any questions given by (or intended to be given by) you or on your behalf including answering questions and complaints in customer service. or to respond to or deal with your interactions with us.
• contact or communicate with you by telephone, text message and/or fax message, electronic mail and/or postal mail for the purpose of arranging and/or managing your use of the Application, your relationship with us or any transactions entered into by you with us. You acknowledge and agree that such communications may be made by sending correspondence, documents or notices to you, which may involve the disclosure of certain Personal Data about you in order to carry out the delivery of communications and also the disclosure of information in the outer wrapper of the envelope/envelope.
• provide services to you as an account holder with us, as a member of our loyalty program or when requested by you. handle or organize your participation in contests, game events, social events organized by us.

Without limiting the applicability of the foregoing, we may/will, in connection with this, send you a survey or request to attend an interview survey, by electronic mail or post.
• store, make backups/copies (whether for repair of damage or otherwise) of your Personal Data.
• For marketing purposes and in this case, we will provide you with information, materials and/or marketing, advertising and promotional documents related to products, contests, services and/or events (including from third party organisations with which the Company cooperates) sold, marketed, offered, organised, participated in or promoted by the Company (including affiliated/related companies) or third party organisations, whether the product, service and/or event already exists today or will be created in the future: (the purposes mentioned in Section 2 above are collectively referred to as the "Objectives").

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company may disclose your Personal Data to third parties, for one or more of the Purposes mentioned above, as such third parties will process your Personal Data for one or more of the Purposes mentioned above.

In this case, you hereby acknowledge, agree and give consent that we are granted permission to disclose your Personal Data to such third parties for one or more of the Purposes mentioned above and for such third parties to subsequently collect, use, disclose and/or process your Personal Data for one or more of the Purposes mentioned above. The third parties in question include:

• our related affiliates.
• any Users, Drivers or third parties of our service providers who process or will process your Personal Data on our behalf or in other ways, including but not limited to those who provide administrative or other services to us such as mail stations, telephone centers, telecommunications companies, logistics companies, information technology companies and data centers
• our business partners.
• any other person to whom a disclosure is required by law or a requirement under regulation or by a court order.
• third parties to whom disclosure by the Company is made for one or more Purposes and such third parties will then collect and process your Personal Data for one or more Purposes.

4. Request for Correction of Personal Data

You may request the correction of your Personal Data that is currently in our possession or control by sending us a written request. We will need sufficient information from you to ascertain your identity and also the nature of your request, in order to process your request. 5. Request to Withdraw Consent

• You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data that is in our possession or control by sending your request to [support@stevorexpress.com].
• We will process your request within a reasonable period of time from the time the consent withdrawal request is made, and will not subsequently collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data in the manner you specified in your request.
• However, the withdrawal of your consent may lead to certain legal consequences arising from such withdrawal. In this case, depending on the extent to which you withdraw your consent for us to process your Personal Data, it may happen that we may not be able to complete the transactions you have entered into with us or continue your relationship with us, or send you the information you have requested, for example depending on the individual situation.

6. Protecting and Managing Your Personal Data

We will take every necessary step to ensure that your Personal Data is kept confidential and secure, and to take technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful or accidental damage, accidental loss, unauthorised disclosure or access or other unlawful forms of processing. We will not rent, trade, distribute or sell to third parties any Personal Data that you provide to us unless we have received your prior consent or applicable law permits us to do so.

7. Cookies

For users of the Application, please note that the Company may store "cookies" on your computer or mobile device to identify you. Cookies are simple text data files that are sent from a computer server during a browsing session. Cookies are usually stored on the hard drive and are used by the web Application to stimulate a continuous connection with the Application. Security measures have been put in place to prevent unauthorized access to visitor data. However, the visitor acknowledges that the Company does not control the transmission of data through telecommunication facilities including the Internet. Therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any breach of security or unauthorized disclosure or use of data on the Internet, through no fault of the Company. Not all cookies collect Personal Data and you can configure your browser to refuse cookies. However, this may mean that you cannot receive the full benefit of the services or features within the App. If the data collected by cookies is Personal Data, such Personal Data will be collected, used or disclosed for one or more Purposes. By continuing to use the Application, you agree to the use of cookies in the Application. However, please note that we have no control over cookies used by third parties.

8. Registration Information

Our Apps include areas where you can submit information to us (e.g., our registration services), and we also have features (e.g., cookies and performance tracking technologies) that automatically collect information from visitors to the Apps. During the registration process, you are required to provide us with your password, name, address and your valid email address, etc. It is your responsibility to keep your passwords strict.

Our privacy practices will continue to be assessed on an ongoing basis based on new technologies, business practices and the needs of our customers. As we update and expand our services, our Privacy Policy may evolve. The Company reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time.
